Harry Potter Series – Complete Set of First UK Edition Hardbacks

A complete set of the original UK first edition hardbacks of the Harry Potter series, published by Bloomsbury between 1997 and 2007.

The set comprises Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, thirty-second printing, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, sixteenth printing, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, thirtieth printing, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, thirty-first printing, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, eighth printing, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, first printing, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, first printing.

The books are in near fine to fine condition, with bright boards, firm bindings, and none of the common fading to the spines. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets bears a small inscription on the front free endpaper, while Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows each have a previous owner's name neatly written on the front free endpaper. Otherwise, the books are clean and free from additional inscriptions or markings.

The original dust jackets are likewise in near fine to fine condition, showing virtually no wear and retaining their original colours without the fading so often encountered. They are now protected in removable Brodart archival covers.
