First Dutch hardcover edition, first printing (Eerste druk gebonden editie) of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (Harry Potter en de Steen der Wijzen), featuring the rare and desirable spelling error on the verso of the half-title page, where "Harry" is mistakenly printed as "Haary". The error was quickly identified and corrected, resulting in a very limited number of copies with this issue.
A fine, unread copy in exceptional condition. The pictorial boards remain bright and unfaded, showing no noticeable wear. The binding is firm and square. Internally, the book is clean and free from names, inscriptions, stamps, dog-ears, or other markings. The original purple ribbon marker remains crisp and fully intact.
